Speaking & Workshops with Raquel Herrera
I speak to families, women, homeschool communities, churches, and organizations about redemption, healing, education, and walking in purpose, even after broken beginnings.
While Tailored Homeschool exists to serve families through education, my, Raquel, speaking extends beyond academics into the heart of faith, motherhood, healing, entrepreneurship, and testimony. Every message I share is rooted in biblical truth, hope, and lived experience.
My story
My journey has not followed a straight or easy path.
I have walked through seasons of deep brokenness, loss, and addiction, years where survival felt heavier than purpose. Through the grace of God, I experienced healing, freedom, and restoration that reshaped not only my life, but the generations after me.
Today, I am a mother of four, a homeschool educator, and the founder of Taylor Homeschool. What once felt disqualifying has become the very foundation from which I now serve families, children, and communities with compassion, truth, and hope.
I believe education is more than academics, it is discipleship, identity-building, and healing lived out in everyday life. My story is not one of perfection, but of redemption, obedience, and God’s faithfulness to meet us where we are and lead us forward.
