Purpose of Coaching

This service provides structured homeschool coaching for parents, including schedule creation, curriculum alignment, instructional guidance, and accountability. It is designed to support educational planning and implementation—not emotional crisis support, counseling, or therapy.

What’s Included

One scheduled weekly coaching session (30 or 60 minutes, as agreed)

Schedule creation and reasonable adjustments

Guidance for instructional pacing and lesson flow

Accountability check-ins related to homeschool goals

Limited follow-up communication related to action items

What’s Not Included

Crisis counseling or emotional processing

On-call or unlimited messaging

Same-day responses

Therapy, mental health support, or family mediation

Last-minute schedule overhauls due to lack of implementation

Communication Boundaries

Communication is limited to email only

Responses provided within 24–48 business hours

Messages must relate directly to homeschool planning or agreed goals

Session Structure

Sessions focus on:

Reviewing the previous week

Adjusting schedules as needed

Planning the upcoming week

Sessions will not be used to process ongoing crises or emotional overwhelm

Payment & Commitment

Coaching is billed monthly in advance

Minimum commitment: 4 weeks

Missed sessions are not refunded unless canceled with 24 hours’ notice, and only rescheduled.

Review & Continuation

Coaching will be reviewed after 30 days to determine if continuation is appropriate

Either party may discontinue with written notice at the end of a billing cycle

Acknowledgment By enrolling, the parent acknowledges this service is educational coaching and agrees to the boundaries outlined above.

$300 a month billed in advance. No refunds.
